NAHL: Johnstown Tomahawks


The Johnstown Tomahawks are committed building long-term, mutually-beneficial relationships with our corporate and community partners, and we look forward to building a sponsorship package that perfectly suits the needs of your company or organization.

The NAHL is a Junior A Tier II junior hockey league with a footprint stretching across the United States.  The league has helped developed hundreds of NHL players, including current stars Patrick Kane, Tim Thomas and Phil Kessel.  Our players, ages 16-20, are competing to earn NCAA scholarships and to take their hockey careers to the next level, ensuring a fast-paced, ultra-competitive and highly entertaining brand of hockey for our fans and sponsors.
When you become a partner with the Johnstown Tomahawks, you’re not only showing your support for the team, but your belief in the entire Johnstown community.  The Tomahawks represent a new era of hockey in Johnstown, continuing a proud hockey history in the city that dates back more than 70 years.  That legacy, combined with our ownership team’s strong commitment to building the best hockey experience Johnstown fans have ever seen, means you’ll have ample opportunities to generate new business opportunities and increase a positive awareness of your company or organization.
Sponsorship opportunities include in-arena advertising, one of the most effective and efficient ways to spread your message.  We anticipate a total of more than 500,000 visitors coming through the gates of the Cambria County War Memorial this year for our 28 home games, as well the arena’s year-long line-up of nationally touring entertainment and other community events.  As a sponsor, you’ll have a captive audience for your message, whether you advertise with on-ice logos, dasher board advertisements, backer ads behind the players’ benches and penalty box, billboard ads around the seating area, concourse signage, or any other number of options available.
Our partners will also have an opportunity to capitalize on our vast media offerings, including all electronic communications, our game-day programs and a wide range of promotional items such as team schedules or other giveaways.  We’re eager to spread the word about our new team across western Pennsylvania, and we look forward to sharing news about our sponsors with our new fans as well.
