CHARITY CLASSIC REFUND

The 2013 Johnstown Tomahawks Charity Game scheduled for January 9th, 2013 at Cambria County War Memorial in Johnstown, Pennsylvania has been cancelled due to the finalization of a new Collective Bargaining Agreement between the NHL Players Association and the NHL. The primary ticket purchaser is entitled to a ticket refund, which will be issued Monday, January 14th at 10am subject to the following terms and conditions:

 

·  Primary ticket purchaser will receive a refund directly from their authorized ticket outlet. Authorized ticket outlets for the Event are the Johnstown Tomahawks, Ticket Master and the Cambria County War Memorial Box Office.

·  Anyone purchasing a ticket from a source other than the above aforementioned authorized ticket outlets must seek a refund directly through the party from whom the ticket was purchased. Authorized ticket outlets will only refund to the primary ticket purchaser.

·  Primary ticket purchaser should retain a credit card receipt, and/or receipt which verifies purchase from original authorized purchase outlet.

·  Primary ticket purchaser must bring physical tickets to original purchasing outlet for refund.

·  Primary ticket purchaser will be issued a refund on all charges, including all service and processing fees.

·  Refunds will be processed using the same method of original payment by Primary ticket purchaser.

·  Refunds will be processed no later than ten (10) business days from the date of Monday, January 14th.
